Layer Palletising

Layer palletisers are the ideal option for high-speed high-volume applications with the ability to build defined patterns of uniform products for direct placement onto pallets. Layer Palletising also offers improved benefits where floor space is at a premium and are typically based around standard operating modules for product presentation, accumulation and collation with the ability to receive products from multiple delivery lines.

All systems are available with associated interfaces for both products and pallets including in-line inspection facilities for optimal performance. The range of products handled includes boxes, cases, trays, crates and buckets on their various forms.

CKF have designed, installed and commissioned an extensive new case feed and palletising system for Laithwaites wine, an established, thriving ecommerce and retail business based in Gloucester which utilises Qimarox Layer Palletisers. The new system enabled Laithwaites to handle a 50% increase in demand during 2020 and improve productivity from 65% to a phenomenal 98%.
