Product Sequencing & Cassette Systems

The CKF sequencing systems are designed to accumulate cassettes in defined patterns and order within a ‘virtual lorry’ prior to loading into a shipping vehicle. Cassettes are loaded in the sequence required for receipt at the assembly plant.

Our range of trailer solutions are designed to automatically load and unload pallets or plattens from the respective production or assembly plant, thereby removing the risks associated with FLT loading of product and improving the efficiency of the dispatch process. This can be extended to the supply of automation within the trailers and the docking systems to ensure the interface is seamless and smooth.
