Products & Ingredients Handling

Product and ingredient handling systems are a particular speciality of CKF, having completed many installations across a wide variety of sectors; with the food industry a particular strength. We have designed and installed numerous systems for handling loose products and ingredients such as nuts, raisins, oats and biscuits. Typical installations for these product types have included storage systems, level monitoring, controlled release and distribution, in-line reject facilities to remove debris or non-conforming product, product mixing and delivery to subsequent production stage.

Other installations have also incorporated inspection, primary packing, metal detection, check weighing, case loading, labelling, product coding and palletisation; plus all associated electrical controls.
