Vision Inspection 

CKF provides a wide number of vision based inspection systems that can be incorporated into numerous robot or automation systems. The CKF controls engineers have developed an extremely effective working knowledge of vision systems and their respective applications.

Working with all major industry leaders in scanning and vision technologies the team has developed a vast range of knowledge and skills relating to the integration of these systems. Applications range from basic bar code scanning units through to complex vision systems for monitoring, recording and tracking of dynamic high-speed product presentation. The latter can also include product inspection capabilities, such as profile checking, dimensional conformance and quality.

All applications also include assessment of ambient lighting conditions and light sourcing to determine the need for localised illuminations around the vision systems, and type i.e. lumens, frequencies, light quality and type.
